Steliana Economu – Learning Facilitator and the founder of the Ithaca Journey

Steliana EconomuSteliana has a track record in career development and learning including the design and the delivery of learning programs in companies like Kraft Foods, Vodafone, Nike and Royal Dutch Shell. Growing up in Camena for the first ten years of her life, Steliana understands the life in a village and at the same time she understands the struggle of the professionals in the middle of their career that want to remain true to their dreams. She will facilitate the learning sessions and, together with the rest of the Ithaca team, will guide you through the activities in your Ithaca Journey week.
Toli Gigica – Operations Manager and your captain for the Ithaca Journey

P1040976Toli spent most of his life in the rural area of Camena, working at his family farm. For him, the down-to-earth way of living is the only way of life. He will welcome you in his world and he will introduce you to some of the ancient skills like making wine, making cheese and milking goats.




The Program - Ithaca JourneyThe Buddies – young volunteers, students from AIESEC Constanta who will help you in the communication with the host family by translating from English. Each buddy will have maximum 3 participants to look after.

Guest Speakers – seasoned professionals with expertize in personal development and change management and entrepreneurs who will share with you their stories.
